Utilisation of the Minima Platform allowed us to create a Capital Works Portal for Campaspe Shire Council in Victoria
I worked with some open minded staff that were not afraid of change and could see the benefits in what we were trying to achieve almost immediately. The outcome has been great. A current year articulation of the capital works and design programmes as well as project forecasting and a 10 year capital works programme.
