The Buildings Portal presented a consolidated web view of all Council owned and managed buildings. A mapped asset register, with photos, property details, maintenance activities, capital programming and financial transactions.

Buildings are managed across all service delivery areas of Council and have many purposes. They vary from being an operational office or depot through to a community centre or leased commercial building. The portal was for internal use across Council so that members of staff could acess information as required.
